Carpentry Works Required:
2.1 Supply and timber skirting for corridors & apartment units. Please refer to detail 7 ID drawing 302.
2.2 Install interior doors hardware, the hardware will be supplied by the head contractor A hardware schedule must be provided to the head contractor and approved by the head contractors.
2.3 Install exterior doors hardware the hardware will be supplied by the head contractor .A hardware schedule must be provided to the head contractor and approved by the head contractors.
2.4 Install all tiles at the pergola bbq area. Please refer to drawings A 510 for design details. Tiles finish to be confirmed (TBC).
2.5 Supply and install timber canopy in pergola area. Please refer to Landscape drawings L003 detail 8.
