Replace the timber boards (ground level) around the complete house once the re-stumping company have completed work. Replace all window timber mouldings from all windows at front, South side and rear of house. Replace a rotten door located on rear patio area. Fix up the fallen patio roof located at front door. Replace all rotten eave timbers at roof level.
Replace posts and supporting beam on carport. Painting exterior of house will also be required.
