I would like a quote for both with and without installation for around 60 square metres of pre-finished messmate, beech or blackbutt flooring. My first priority is the most cost-effective option, but I also want flooring that is high gloss. Half of the flooring is on a timber slab, half is on stumps (with yellowtongue laid) so a floating floor (but solid) is required.
