Flooring - It will consits of a concrete slab and 3 brick piers for support.
Pergola - Fibre cement ceiling with 3 skylights, colorbond roofing.
Currently there is 20sqm of concrete that will need to be removed.
Council approved plans and engineering drawings avaialble on request.
