Pergola Roof Replacement and Enclosed Room

We have an existing enclosed pergola that needs the Steel Roof and Drainage Replaced. The room is currently enclosed and will need to be replaced the exterior walls need to be replaced.
The existing windows frames and door frames are quite new and lend themselves to being re used.
Approximately 6 metres x 5 metres.
The interior walls and ceiling are not required as they will be replaced by our insurer.
The existing roof was too flat and has insufficient drainage. Was thinking of a pitched roof. A site inspection is most welcome.
