Matt doesn\'t recall conversations, doesn\'t show when he says, and becomes aggressive when questioned about issues. Paid 50% deposit upfront then demanded additional payment when the job was drawn out by himself. Works on other jobs rather than complete the one he starts .... Whole experience was extremely stressful!
