I have an double brick Edwardian house that had sagging floors. After lifting a few floorboards I found extensive rot damage to bearers and joist due to lack of ventilation and sub floor clearance. I have since ripped out the entire floor and excavated sub floor clearance. Now I am looking for someone to install a new sub floor with F17 LVL timbers and lay yellow tongue on top. I also need a sound proofed stud wall and two doors installed.
