Katrina requested 2 quotes from Carpenters in Mount Eliza
leaking roof has resulted in waterdamage/rotting of skirting board. Roof has now been repaired. skirting board needs replacing (a fairly minor job I think) (Body Corporate Insurance will cover) No idea of cost so budget estimate is purely a guess

I requested a written quote but never received one. The job was proceeded with without providing the said quote and without me giving the OK. That said, a very helpful and friendly person and the job was very nicely done. However, I have now lost my insurance claim because the quote was not given in writing although it was promised prospectively and respectively.
