Need replacement/repair of window frame + glass

Sally requested 2 quotes from Carpenters in Berwick

window is rotting causing glass to fall out, now glass has cracked so will need replacing as well.

Aluminium window is leaking from the top down the pane. wood rotting.
Aluminium window on flat outside wall with no eave is leaking from the top...

Replace timber window frames
Replace rotten window frames, job may be done over time depending on cost.

Install new window
install two new windows into wall that currently has no windows
