Needs to have slats for ventilation and the material should not deteriorate with water, as it is an outside balcony (undercover, but does occasionally get wet from sideways rain.

79cm high (bottom to top)
78cm long (left to right)
The cover can be built at your house then I can either arrange to collect from you (within Sydney area) or you can deliver. Unfortunately as I live in a unit, I do not have space for onsite building work.
