Need a porch removed from house through a carpenter

I have a back porch that is held up by two poles that appear in the middle of the courtyard. I want this porch removed so I can get rid of the poles as I need to repave. The porch is a part of the contruction of the house/roof so needs to have a carpenter reconstruct the roof. He will need to prepare the edging of the roof for the guttering that will need to be installed also.
