Need a carport 6m X 2.5, also supply/install new door

need a new front door + lock, fitting and new archatrave. the door is longer than usual 86 x210 so the door frame may have to be reduced. the archatrave is damaged.
i also require a carport. area is 6 x 2.5 metres. there is no driveway at present (just dirt). i will require council approval and relaxation as it is on the boundary.
