I'm undecided as to get floating floorboards for all rooms or to re-polish existing polished floorboards in loungeroom & hallway. I'm getting a new kitch & the tiles in kitchen have been ripped up but are in poor condition to be polished. Possibly new floorboards could be put in but I'm not sure which way to go.
