Linen cupboard floor to ceiling height approx 3m long. Water has seeped through the wall from neighbour's bathroom and caused damage to back wall and shelving of the cupboard. Shelves are melamine. Back wall is double brick with cement render and plaster. Damaged area is circular with a diameter of approx 1.3m. The shelving in the cupboard will need to be removed to repair the back wall properly, and the melamine shelving will need to be replaced.
