We have to replace our decking on the front and back of the house and the stairs going up to the deck as well. The house is raised on stilts so there will probably need to be some scaffolding used... We have to replace our decking on the front and back of the house and the stairs going up to the deck as well. The house is raised on stilts so there will probably need to be some scaffolding used at the front of the house and we want the deck at the back to be raised up over the rocks for a bigger surface area - hard to explain until you see it. We would like to know the approximate price of replacing both decks and stairs with wood but having the balustrades as either wood or steel with cabling. The front deck is approx. 12x2 metres and needs about 10-15 steps up to it. We want the back deck to be 5x5 metres and raised approx. 1 metre off the ground. The best quote can have the job and start right away.
