The awning is nailed onto the house rafters and should remove cleanly. We will be hiring on an hourly basis (not a fixed quote). The previous owners have removed two walls that we need put back. The first is approximately a 3x2m section of external wall that was removed to extend over the back porch. We would like this to be load baring. The second is an internal wall that used to go across a 3.6m room. On each end there are two studs remaining. The studs in between still exist but have been cut near the ceiling and are supported by a piece of timber. The studs at one end need to be removed and two new ones installed about 1m from the wall. Between these the wall need to be replaced to about waste height (to create a wall with an opening in the middle). In both cases we only require the carpentry. You don't plaster or clad.
