Kitchen - Install French doors in existing window space (doors to be made), level floor where door sill will be (by removing a course of bricks and either packing joist or other advised method). Decking - 5m x 3.1m decking area in merbau with galvinised screws, to be level with sill from French doors. I have quotes on doors and windows already but am happy to hear from other trusted sources.
