There 3 piping through the basement room, so simple carpentry needed to cut have holes in the partition. Partition also need a Mann hole cover for plumbing and electrician maintenance. It's a basement so don't need polished wood or even plaster for the wood. hopefully partition material is water proof and can last a while.
