The balcony rail is positioned part way across the balcony and by moving it to the edge of the balcony we will gain an additional 40cm of usable balcony space. We would like to keep the existing rail, but unbolt it and resecure it to the edge of the balcony. The structural pole must stay in place. It will also involve cutting in to the neighbours railing by 30cm. Permission has been granted by the strata committee members for the job to be carried out subject to the following: 1. Compliance with the Strata Scheme Management Act 1996 By-Law 5 Damage to Common Property and By-Law 17 Appearance of lot, of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996. 2. Installation must comply with local Council regulations. 3. Installation to be carried out by qualified tradespeople. Hi my name is renee & justin from local pools & spas; one of our customers are looking at bilding a fibregalss pool above ground. at the shallow end it is 1.075 and at the deep end it is 1.56 above ground on a concrete slab. we will need to dyna bolt the saddles to the slab and then also dyna bolt the frame to the pool. the pool size is 5.8 x 3.5 wide; we would liek the deck to be .600 wide at both ends, .400 one long side and .600 with a deck area of 1.06m from pool out and 2.5m wide with the rest of this side to be .600mm the job will be in the gymea area, and we are looking at getting quotes on behalf of the customer. if you have any questions, please call justin on 0412 215 976 and we can arrange to email / fax a diagram.
