STAGE 1 We require a 7 metre span, 250 UB 25 Beam, which fits to the underside of the existing top plate, to be installed into the back of our post war home. This beam is supported by 65 x 65... STAGE 1 We require a 7 metre span, 250 UB 25 Beam, which fits to the underside of the existing top plate, to be installed into the back of our post war home. This beam is supported by 65 x 65 steel posts built into the wall. We need this job completed asap. Plans can be supplied for quoting if necessary. Beam & posts supplied. STAGE 2 As part of this extension, we also require the construction of a stick frame onto our new sub-floor to connect to our existing post war home. We then require the installation of new roof trusses which will marry into the existing 22.5 pitch corrugated iron roof, along with the completion of all associated tie downs. Plans can be supplied for quoting if necessary. Materials will be supplied. We are endeavouring to have stage 1 completed asap. Therefore, we would hope to start the stage 2 framing and trusses stage asap after the date of stage 1 completion.
