A number of balustrade pieces require replacing on verandah. The lower timber piece that balustrade fits in on stairs (5 steps high) also needs replacing. Our verandah has wooden railings, and one has fallen down (agh!), and a few others are looking to go the same way. Also, along one side of the house there isn't a roof over that part of the... I'd like to know a ball-park figure for the job, to see if we can afford to get it done.
