We need the following done:
1. install wall between lounge and study
2. Make opening in wall to re-direct BIR to study from bedroom
3. Build BIR the other side (also to close access to above BIR) in bedroom.
4. Make window smaller to accomodate new BIR in bedroom
5. make small corridor from study to hall closing off access to bedroom.
6. Close doorway from bedroom to laundry from both sides (i.e. install plaster, cornice & skirting to block hole).
7 Create doorway to laundry off hallway.
