3. Change 3 BIR doors, toilet door and the dining to laundry door with sliding door type.
4. Replace main entrant door, seal up two window A/C holes
5. Replace 2 Toilet bowls, relocate Washing machine power point, taps and water outlet point to backyard (from Indoor to outdoor, same position), remove door (laundry to backyard) and seal up.
6. Remove and dispose rubbish. Clean up.
