I need hardwood timber floor over conventional timber floor framing on the ground level.
The floor will be suspended on brick footings and stamps/pads due to the slope of the land (this will be provided). Please also provide separate quote for upper floor joist and hardwood laid over it.
In terms of timber I’m looking supply + install option.
