I will be doing the extension as an owner builder and require a carpenter to install stumps, sub floor and frame as per supplied building plans which are available for viewing. All existing buildings will be demolished and the land levelled prior to commencement date which will be 1 March 2008. I will provide all necessary materails prior to commencement date
