I am after supply and installation of 100sqm of hardwood Blackbutt 130mm wide boards. Australiana/Standard grade.
In a federation house in Haberfield.
Job would involve removing skirting boards and either laying on top of existing timber floors (in bedrooms) and tiled floors (in hall/lounge/dining), or pulling up old floors and fresh install new ones.
All floors currently just on bearers/joists. (i.e. no slab)
Job would need to begin last week of May or first week of June.
Also looking at partly opening up one brick wall (structural) - between lounge & dining room. The wall used to be the exterior wall (now borders a weatherboard extension).
the wall is approx 4m wide. Want to open it up about 3metres. Pls would like to quote on this separate to floors.
I can email floor plan and photos if required. (access not possible now as we have just purchased property and settlement won't take place till last May. We want to start work on the floor immediately following settlement)
