To install a 14mm thick tongue and groove engineered floor board throughout a hallway and 3 bedrooms. It is to be laid on top of the existing floor which is largely particle board sheeting, with timber floorboards in one of the bedrooms. The house has been levelled and restumped quite recently, so the floors are reasonably flat. To finish, skirting boards are to be fitted in all areas.
All flooring and timber will be provided.
