I require some decking to be installed in 2 areas. At the back of the house an area of approx 33 sqm. At the front of the house an area of approx 11 sqm covering the portico and creating a walkway to the front of the garden. In both areas the decking will be less than a half a metre above the ground. I will be supplying the actual decking material. The contractor will need to supply all the other material for the decking framework.
