I am seeking install services for decorative external mouldings on a French Provincial home I am currently building in the Hills District. The mouldings will have a styrofoam core with a concrete shell, involve multiple parapets, quions, corbels, keystones, architraves and columns. Plans and sample selections are available for quoting. The tradie must be:
1) Experienced in this type of work, should be able to provide examples of similar previous work and references.
2) Able to provide license or registration through the appropriate authority in NSW.
3) Should have ABN and certificates of currency for public liability insurance.
4) Willing to enter a domestic building contract.
5) Willing to provide a receipt for the work e in cash. even if the payment is in cash.
