I have removed a rotten double hung window from the kitchen (brick wall) and want to install a sashless double hung window. I need to install a basic window frame, and also set up an area of approx. 2 metres x 1 metres for a tiler. Accuracy with the setting out will be critical. I also need it done ASAP!
