the room size 3430x3100 at 2800 high; one side of the room has a fixed glass aluminium window of 950x2400 and a bifold door of 1650x2400; there is a laser cut screen; part of the roof 1200x3100 is of glazed roof, rest of roof is of colorbond roofing sheet.
Engineer structural drawings and timbers all been delivered to site; need framing carpenters who know how to build timber frame - wall plate, fascia board, rafter, joist and column/post ....
