Water damage to inside of house from recent storm event. Need inspection and quotes from reputable buidler/handyman for the following:-
1. Provide quote for replacement of the ceiling along the front of the ground floor outside the front door. The ceiling is completely water damaged and will need to be replaced along the entire length
2. Assess damage to front door and frame and quote for repairs.
3. Assess damage to door and frame leading out to garage and quite for repairs
4. Assess damage to ceiling in garage (sagging in corner nearest the internal door) as a result of water damage and quote for repairs.
5. Assess damage to door and frame in laundry and quoite for repairs
6. Assess any damage to internal wall cavities where water has entered and quote for repairs
7. Assess damage to sub ceiling on ground floor adjacent to laundry (damp smell coming from bathroom ceiling).
8. Repair to previously patched hole in main bedroom.
