A latch for an internal double door requires a brass plate or similar inserted into the lintel to enable the door to be kept closed. A home-made sewing box requires some love and attention. An old dining room trolley needs strengthening and re-gluing. Seven doors require a plane and a bit of fiddling with doorlocks.
