Front balcony and stairs replaced 3yrs ago, now need attention again
Brett requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in The Basin
Front deck/balcony replaced from oregon to pine 3.5yrs ago. Extra post was put in to support. Many cross pieces are buckling and potentially unsafe. Also stairs were moved (13 steps) and hand rail support has bowed and requires straightening and bolts. Originally fixed with nails in most part. Steps are also moving away from each other and coming out of spot. Now steps seem to be on incorrect angle from left to right - not level.
Support underneath balcony only has nails and now in some spots not even attached.
If able to come out Thur 28 Jan am for quote preferable as not at work that day. Understand short notice may be a problem.
