I need team of carpenters to complete framing stage for double storey townhouse I’m building in eastern suburb.
At the moment unit has ground floor walls erected, outstanding items to be done:
1. Installation of first floor POSI joist system including yellow tongue flooring aprox. 84.7 square meters.
2. Installation of second story only, stick build frame
• Pre cut of required timber including studs, noggins, window and door openings
• Stick building of walls including all lintels window framing and second plate as required
• All bracing (external speed brace, internal metal angle brace and ply brace board, all bracing located and secured to Australian standards)
• All porch beams and posts as required
3. Installing all roof trusses to manufacturers specs
4. Box gutter framing for double story townhouse: 27.4 lineal meters
• Framing of parapet walls, plumb and straight
• Calculating fall of gutter according to code and regulations
• installing trimming blocks to set the correct fall of gutter
• Fitting of box gutter boards ripped in to suit size of required gutter
5. Installing deck with flat roof (subfloor posts already installed) – only structure
Engineering and working drawings plans can be sent on request
