Flooring to be replaced after termite attack

Our house was subject to a termite attack which has been treated & now it's time to repair the damage. Looking for a carpenter to repair the damage. Joists & bearers look OK but I haven't ripped up the whole floor area which is lounge, family room, kitchen & one bedroom. Need old floor removed, damaged joists & bearers repairs if required & new sheet flooring put down.
