there are 2 jobs required:
1. Over the last year our floor boards have started lifting in various places. We were told that we need the floorboards lifted, ventilation installed and then floorboards replaced. This is happening in our lounge room from the back doors to the kitchen which would measure about 8m long by 3m wide.
2. We also have 2 boards on the second storey that need replacing from previous pest damage. We have been given the all clear from a pest inspection.
