- We also need some repairs to a front gate where a post is rotten.
- Our auto closing bottom door seal is no longer working (due to installation of a screen door) and we think it could be fixed with the installation of a piece of dowel to act as a stopper
- Finally, we have a fence that needs some planks replaced.
