hello,
we are renovating our holiday house at rye, victoria, and require about 50sqm of flooring to be levelled (so we can tile / put down floating floors).
the areas are entry / family room / kitchen / eating area / laundry / toilet / bathroom.
the family room is the largest (probably 20sqm) and the rest smaller.
using a straight edge, the dips go down about 5-6mm at its worst (only in a few small places).
the walls are besser blocks (no plaster) that we will be painting.
