Timber framework of laundry floor has rotted due to leaking washing machine and floor is unstable / uneven. Floor is tiled and washing machine bounces around. Need to lift tiles; replace timber framework and then replace tiles.

Although tiling was neat, replacement of skirting boards, door etc was very shoddy. In doing this, he damaged the door in several places and put several holes in walls (plaster). He did not paint the replacement skirting boards as he advised he would. He also took a lot longer than he said was needed. We ended up spending several hours patching up the holes / damage he had caused and sanding rough edges back that he created. We are yet to test whether fix has worked (ie whether washing machine does not jump around and whether he has created a strong level floor).
