I rang this company when I received your email, left message, Wayne called me back within 5 minutes 13/3/08. I was impressed. We arranged a time Friday 14/3/08 at 3pm. On Friday about 1pm I checked my mobile there was a missed call from Leeden's. I Called them back and spoke to Wayne, I informed him that I had received a call from them but he wasn't aware of this and said that 1 of his guys will be there around 3pm. At 3pm my mother, father in law and I were at the destinated address, waited tilL 4pm. NO ONE TURNED UP OR GAVE ME A CALL TO SAY WHERE THEY WERE. I am very unhappy, why do they call and arrange a time when they do not turn up
