Fit and hang new front door. Door is solid wood and needs to be trimmed slightly height and lengthways - have already spoken to a handyman who declined the job as he does not have have the correct equipment necessary to trim the top of the door without chipping it, so please only respond if you are confident that you can trim the door neatly. Already have the door hardware and hinges ready to go.
Odd jobs include fixing lose floorboard on stair, hanging screen door to laundry doorway, installing a "skirt" along the bottom of 2 doorways, cutting away floorboards to make way for new heater duct and packing sunken floorboards from underneath the house.
