Renovating 3x3 meter room and current builder just informed me they are not available to finish the work for 3 weeks so... need someone else to finish off. Most of the work complete with only one wall still to be checked for level and packed out of required. Then need to put down floor ( compressed cement) and then villaboard the walls. All materials already here except for a couple of lengths of timber for packing. Based on work done so far estimate one day to complete for two blokes.
