1. The back fence has fallen down on one side of the fence - it needs to be fixed and/or replaced.
2. The roof of the pergola has been ripped off and it is very old and leaking. It needs replacing. Parts of the pergola wood frame are waterlogged and need to be checked for repair and/or replacement.
3. A quote is requested to replace/repair both side fences pending agreement with neighbours.
