Hi I am looking for a carpenter to repair the fascias of my property the corners have rotted out, it is a two story property and would require scaffolding for the Job. The Unit is also semi-detached so it would need to be a repair that works without having to get the adjoining property to do work as well. The gutters may need to be resealed to make sure that the rot does not reoccur. I have spoken to roofing people and they all say I need a carpenter not a roofer?
