Exterior timber deck requires building

Weatherboard house currently has a concreted exterior space of approx. 4.5 x 5.5 m. The concrete is cracked and raised in some areas, so we are looking to have a timber deck built straight over the top of it. Access to the area is good. We are also going to be renovating in a couple of years, at which point the deck will need to be moved. Therefore we're looking at having it built in panels that can be easily dis-assembled and moved at a later date. We are happy to either buy the panels pre-made (90cm square) and have you create framework for them, or to have you do the whole job. All depends on price! Hoping to have this job commenced and completed in November 2009.
