Existing laundry which is outside needs renovation. existing masonite walls and existing flooring will be removed as 1 stump will need to be replaced and new flooring (chipboard) will need to be layed. a frame will need to be constructed on 1 side - approx 2m in length (which is wealther boards) so we can plaster and a new frame will need to be made for a new door to ensure that the laundry is completely sealed from the outside. also new window is needed.
