Enlarge servery window in internal load bearing wall

Catherine requested 2 quotes from Carpenters in Stafford Heights

Current kitchen servery window approximately 1000mm high by 600mm wide needs to be enlarged to approx 1150mm high by 2000mm wide. This is to enable our cabinet maker to install a new breakfast bar as part of the planned kitchen renovation.
- The kitchen side of the wall is finished with fibrous sheeting, possibly asbestos - at least two complete sheets would need to be removed to complete the job.
- As the wall is load bearing a beam would need to be installed across the top of the servery window.
