we have an enclosed pergola approx 5 mtrs x 4mtrs. we need it removed and replaced with a new pitched steel roof. news walls eg foam filled aluminium panels. re use existing timber wind out windows. adjacent to this existing structure we have another timber framed open pergola with corrugated laser light. our aim is to incorporate its replacement with the new structure that will be enclosed. so we will have one roofline 11 meters long by 4 metres wide of which half will be enlosed and the other will be an entertainment area? obviously the existing concrete floor will need replacement. permits etc. the interior lining will not be required as this will be completed by other parties.
we prefer a company that would be prepared to modify a design they already have to meet our requirements.
