Deck was not properly waterproofed, so the supports have rotted and the nails in the deck haven't got much to grip on. We are going to have a three year old child to stay, so the deck needs to be made safe and smooth. The stumps are OK as made of concrete. Job will need to be completed by 9 Dec 2013
